Plsql Developer Backup restores Oracle data

Use the features provided by PL SQL to restore Oracle data quickly and back up.

1 Export all user objects such as stored procedures, triggers, sequences, and so on. Backup

In the PL/SQL Developer menu tools (tools) and export user Objects (export Users Object) a dialog box interface

It is recommended that the red box is not selected, so that when you execute this SQL, it is created according to your current login account. CTRL + A selects all in the object list (if you only export parts, you can select them individually)

2 Export data. Backup

If the amount of data is large, select Oracle Export, tick the Compress option, and set the output file address. If you export only part of the data, you can add a condition in the where. For example, rownum<=1000 (export 1000 records), export the DMP format file in this way.

If the amount of data is small, you can choose SQL Insert, which exports the SQL file.

Note: If the table contains Clob or NCLOB fields, it can only be imported in the DMP format, and if it is a small number of tables, it is possible to insert it in SQL.

When restoring, be aware that you need to restore the DMP file first.

3 table data Restore.

4 Restoring other objects (stored procedures, triggers, sequences, functions, etc.)

A. Log in to the Oracle you want to restore with Plsql. At this point you are logged in the account is what, restore is under the account.
