1. Encrypt Microsoft Office files
1. Encrypt Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files
The methods for encrypting these three types of files are similar. They can be implemented irregularly in the following two ways.
Method 1: Set options. In the preceding application window (such as Word2002), run the "tool options" command to open the "options" dialog box and switch to the "Security" tab (1 ), after setting "Open permission password" and "Modify permission password", confirm to exit and save the current document.

Method 2: Save encryption. 2. Encrypt Access Database Files
Start Access2002, run the "open file" command, open the "open" dialog box, select the database file to be encrypted, and then press the drop-down button on the right of the "open" button in the lower right corner, in the following drop-down list (see figure 3), select the "open exclusively" option to open the corresponding database file.

2. Encrypt WPS Office files
Encrypted files created using Kingsoft text, Kingsoft table, and Kingsoft demo components in WPS Office are in the same method and easy to operate.
In the corresponding component (such as "Kingsoft table 2002") window, run the "file encryption password" command, open the "password" dialog box (5), and confirm the return, save (or save another) The current file.
