Method/step

First, open the software and go to Photoshop cs6.

Then drag the image to be coded into the open software.

Then select the first one in the left-side toolbar. Then select the rectangular box selection tool.

Box the area where you need to be coded with a rectangular box selection tool. if you need to be coded with a circle, you can select the elliptical box selection tool or the plug-in tool. (Mainly depends on your own needs)

Select the location you want to blur and click pixel in the menu bar.

After that, you will choose what you need to code, such as Mosaic, color block, and Dot lattice.

Then, you can adjust the cell size to change the blur degree of the mosaic.
