Faults:

1. Is there a workstation that keeps rolling on the XP scroll bar?

First, change the IP address of this workstation, which is generally an IP address conflict.

If there are too many or all of them, there may be problems with the public network server. Please change the server.

2. Is everything on the server normal, and all work cannot be started and cannot be guided?

First, open the nxp manager to see if there is any error. If nothing works properly, you can see the wks record.

Check whether the server network is connected normally. Open the website to see if the server network can open the website.

Restart the nxp Service (enable nxp restart)

3. Is the server very card and the workstation very card?

First, check the server load. (open the terminal: w ---- check whether the first three digits are greater than 5. If the number is greater than 5, the server load is heavy. If the number is lower, the server load is normal ).

Check whether the server has a hard disk error (open the terminal: dmesg ----- to check whether there is a hard disk error message.

Open the terminal: cat/opt/netzone/nxp/syslog.txt ---- see if there are any special errors)

Finally, let's take a look at the use of the server and client.

4. Is the server crashed? (Server Caps Lock and Scroll Lock flashing)

For the most common server memory problems, replace the memory for testing.

Check whether the hard disk is normal. If no error is reported, replace the power supply test.

5. When the NXP manager is enabled, an error is reported. Is the configuration incomplete?

Check whether the disk is full. use df-h to check the disk space. If the disk is full

1. First mount the partition umount

Generally, you need to stop the service and then execute umount/mnt

If the server cannot be uninstalled, restart the server.

2. format the write-back Partition

Mke2fs-j/dev/sda3

3. Remount the write-back Partition

Mount/mnt/dev/sda3

Enter the terminal:

Cd/opt/netzone/nxp/sysback

Cp 20060305.CFG ../SYSINFO. CFG

Enable nxp restart

If it is not full, create a new disk, select All workstations, and edit it.

Enable nxp restart

Load the startup Item:

Echo nxp restart>/etc/rc. d/rc. local
