Save the above file as. Pythonstartup and store it in the user's Home directory, window under C:\Users\Administrator, Linux in/root or/home/xxx directory, then set environment variable

Export Pythonstartup=~/.pythonstartup in Linux

Windows, open Control Panel \ System and security \ System, advanced system settings, environment variables, new system variable, variable named pythonstartup, variable value to previous file

Can be run in Python2
