Select Certificates,identifiers & Profiles under the iOS Developer Program palette and click to enter

D. After clicking +, select Distribution->App Store and Ad hoc,continue
PS: Now itunes has separated these two items, to upload to AppStore please select the app Store, if you want to install on one or more devices, select AD Hoc

F. Turning on the keychain access for your Mac
g. Select the Certificate assistant for keychain (some may be in English)
H. Click Continue to store the certificate, generally choose the desktop (according to personal preferences)
i. Select Choose File on the E interface to upload the certificate just stored.
J. Download the certificate, double-click Install
K. Generate the provision File corresponding to the certificate
l.continue-Select App ID
PS: Here the app ID to choose their original built, this should be in the real machine debugging at the time of generation. If not, create a new one in Identifiers->app IDs
m. Click Continue and select the newly created publishing certificate
N. Select Continue
PS: Here the profile name must be filled in with the app ID suffix. If * then customize one.

Publish the certificate on request and install complete.
