React-native Environment Construction encounters problems

2.

* What went wrong:

The problem is that the ANDROID23 version of the SDK is not installed or the environment variable configuration error

D:\Android\sdk\platforms This directory does not have the Android 23 version of the SDK

SDK location not found. Define location with Sdk.dir in the Local.properties file or with a android_home environment.

The Android environment variable configuration is not configured.
