Red Hat said that after the acquisition, he planned to change MetaMatrix's business model and integrate it with Red Hat's Linux open resource sales model. In the future, MetaMatrix's software products will also be changed to customized service models, rather than previous one-time payment authorization.
Red Hat said it plans to authorize all the software under MetaMatrix within one year. At the same time, Jim, senior vice president of the company's corporate solutions department, said he would vigorously recruit more software programmers and enterprise users. On Tuesday, Red Hat released JBoss.org, a revised open-source website for developers of open-source projects. In addition, the company has developed an integrated JBoss product package for enterprise users.
It is reported that Red Hat plans to release the latest version of JBoss software package later this year, including JBoss ESB.
