method One: fix SQL Server:

If you encounter a restart of the computer during the repair process:

1. Press the key combination "Win" + "R" to bring up the running window

2. Enter "regedit" and find the following location in the left-hand directory of the registry: "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager"

3. Then select Delete "PendingFileRenameOperations" on the right, go back to the SQL installation screen, click "Rerun"

Method Two:

1. In SQL Server Configuration Manager--sql Server service, check that SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) and SQL Server Agent (MSSQLSERVER) state are running

2.SQL Server Network Configuration--mssqlserver protocol, check that TCP/IP status is enabled

3. Control Panel-Programs-Programs and functions-Uninstall the program, uninstall Microsoft SQL Server Express LocalDB, and then reopen the SQL Server Configuration Manager--sql Server service
