Before SECURECRT has been not connected to Linux (my Linux version is Ubuntu14.04.2, with the VirtualBox), on the Internet to find a variety of methods, but can not solve my problem!
The solution on the Internet is not to say that there is no SSH service, which means the firewall is not shutting down.
I didn't show up on the above question, but where is the problem?
Identify the problem:
I think the problem should be here: in Terminal input ifconfig
Do you show 1, or 2? If the display is 1 then take a look at the following solution, if not, you can turn me off.
Workaround:
Add a network card 2, the connection mode for the bridge connection, OK and then start the problem solved!
Note: Linux must be powered off when new network card is added
If you are not using VirtualBox, then add a new bridge, the connection mode for the bridge connection (the principle is the same)
That's when SECURECRT can connect.
