Simpler way to import phpMyAdmin generated SQL files in PHP

We know that a lot of online download forums or personal blog programs have installed pages, to make such a setup program requires the use of SQL files to create a database.

Valid only for phpMyAdmin exported SQL files

Remove comments

Replace prefix

Extract Create

Extract Insert
