There is a requirement that doesn't know how to implement it.
Compression: tar czvf/data/backup/test.tar.gz/data/a/B/directory
Decompress: cd/data/test
Tar xzvf/data/backup/test.tar.gz
The problem is that the decompressed file is in/data/test/data/a/B/directory.
Can the compression only retain all directories under directory as/instead of/data/a/B/directory?
The problem has been solved. Find the official documentation of GNU tar.
This will solve the problem.
Tar czvf/data/backup/test.tar.gz/data/a/B/directory
Change
Tar czvf/data/backup/test.tar.gz-C/data/a/B directory
C is the temporary switch working directory, and-P is the absolute path. Here we only use the-C parameter.
