"Solution" Installing SQL Server R2 times wrong

Environment: Win7 x86 has installed VC 6.0 vs2010

System.Configuration.ConfigurationErrorsException: Create usersettings/ Error Microsoft.SqlServer.Configuration.LandingPage.Properties.Settings configuration section handler: Failed to load file or assembly "System, version=4.0.0.0 , Culture=neutral, publickeytoken=b77a5c561934e089 "or one of its dependencies. The system did not find the file specified. This is caused by the installation of the VS development environment and the need to delete the path to C: \users\username\appdata\local\microsoft_corporation\landingpage.exe_ Strongname_ryspccglaxmt4nhllj5z3thycltsvyyx\10.0.0.0\user.config
