Find php. ini and search for the above three places: upload_max_filesize, memory_limit, and post_max_size.

Method 2: Take phpMyAdmin-3.1.0-all-languages as an example, my installation directory E: \ wwwroot \ phpMyAdmin \

1. create a directory named upload In The phpmyadmin directory.
