Open the VM RedHat, select "System" --> "Administration" --> "Network", click "Edit", and select "Automatically obtain IP address ..." Then, click "OK", and then click "Active" in the upper right corner. Then you can close the service, and enter "service network restart" in the terminal. Then, Ping the IP address of the host, ping each other ..
Note: I have compiled this method myself, but I have referenced some methods for setting static IP addresses. If this method is not feasible, google it on your own.
