SpringjdbcTemplat is empty when writing BLOB Data

It is confirmed that the write operation fails due to the low version of the jar package.

Earlier jar package versions: Oracle JDBC Driver version-9.0.2.0.0;

The version written after replacement is Oracle JDBC Driver version-"10.2.0.3.0;

Once again, you can confirm the version of the jar package if you have encountered this problem.
