ReasonThis issue occurs when you systemidentity.mdb a problem with data in the database file.
Solution Solutionsto stop this event from occurring, stop the user Access Logging service.
After you stop the service, do any of the following.
< deletion and regeneration of database files >
Delete and regenerate the corrupted database file.
After you stop the service, delete all the files in the "%systemroot%\system32\logfiles\sum\" folder.
after that, start the user Access logging service. The database will be rebuilt.
