Suitable for sqlserver2005 and above, not fit to 2000
First find SQL Server Management Studio in the Start menu and start it, and connect with Windows authentication, as shown in the following figure:

Expand Security----The login name in Object Explorer on the left to locate the SA user, as shown in
Right-click the Select attribute on the SA account
Then in the newly opened window, select the left to select the general, set the password on the right, then select the left selection state, the right to select the landing---enabled, after the bottom of the point to determine the following figure:

Then right-click on the Object Server---properties as follows:
Select Security on the left-right server authentication---SQL Server and Windows Authentication mode, and then confirm the following figure:

Disconnect the database server (you can turn off SQL Server Management Studio and reopen it), when authentication selects SQL Server Authentication, user name fills in SA, password fills in the password you set in the second step, then click Connect to the following figure:
