5.  Configure Quorum

5.1 Create a shared folder and make sure that the SQL Service account, administrator, cluster account, and SQL computer objects have full control over the shared folder ( Note that this shared folder is not allowed to be created on a member server of any SQL AlwaysOn availability Group )

5.2 In Failover Cluster Manager, right-select "More Actions"-"Configure cluster quorum settings"

5.3 Next

5.4 Select "Select Quorum Witness" and next

5.5 Select "Profile Share Witness", next

5.6 Click Browse to add the shared folder you just created, and the next step
