On the input CD-KEY (serial number) page, enter the CD-KEY (serial number) of windows server 2003 that you have installed.

Method 2:Recommendation
Follow these steps:
1. In the SQLServer Installation Wizard, click Cancel.
2. Start the Registry Editor. Click Start --> Run, type regedit, and then "OK ".
3. Find and double-click the SafeDllSearchMode registry key.
On a Windows Server 2003 Server or a Windows Server 2003 storage Server, this registry entry is located under the following registry subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager
Run the Registry with SP 4 on Windows 2000 Server. The registry key is located under the following registry subitem:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ Control \ Session Manager
(Note: If the SafeDllSearchMode registry key does not exist, create the SafeDllSearchMode registry key .)
4. In the value data box, change the value from 1 to 0, and click OK.
5. Exit the Registry Editor.
6. reinstall SQL Server 2000 and install the latest SQL Server 2000 Patch.
7. Restart the server.
Note: When an error occurs, you must cancel the installation. Otherwise, you cannot continue the installation.
