SQL Server creates a full-text index

Full-text Catalogs are full-text indexes that are containers, so full-text catalogs are available before you create full-text indexes.

The first step:

To create a full-text catalog:

Create fulltext Catalog Catalog_name

[On Filegroup_name]

[With accent_sensitivity = On | off]

[Authorization owner_name];

Create FULLTEXT INDEX on table_name (column_list)
