We often use SQL Server Profiler when tuning SQL statements or sp. however, SQL Server Profiler displays all information connected to the database by default. If you enable it together, it will be messy. in fact, you can use the filter function to filter the information you need. The following shows how to filter hostname to filter the local information so that SQL Server Profiler can only display the information we run.
Step 1: First open SQL Server Profiler through the menu (off site: Isn't that nonsense ?)
Step 2: Enter the connected dB information.
Step 3: Select the "events selection" page in the open trace Properties window, check "show all columns" below, and select the "hostname" column:
Step 4: Click the column header of "hostname" or the "column filters" button below to bring up the "Edit filter" dialog box, where "hostname" is selected ", enter your computer name in "like" in the lower right corner. if you do not know the computer name, you can view it on the "my computer"-> right-click "properties"-> "computer name" page.
Step 5: Haha, it's successful!
The filter function can be used to filter more conditions. Let's take a look!
