Find the address of the StackOverflow seems to be correct, with the local DNS resolution and Google 8.8.8.8 DNS resolution of the same results.
But stackoverflow.com still can't access!
The browser uses developer mode to see
Note this request is not on the server side of the browser, so you can build your own local HTTP server to solve this problem.
Workaround:
Build your own local file server, and then modify the/etc/hosts file to point the relevant domain name resolution to the native address.
A. Apache HTTP Server
Start Httpd:systemctl start httpd
Create directory:/var/www/html/ajax/libs/jquery/"It depends on the version number you got last step"/jquery.min.js

B. Python
Python can create a local simple server (ref.: http://www.cnblogs.com/xuxn/archive/2011/02/14/build-simple-web-server-with-python.html)
After that, it just solves the problem of unreachable. Actually, there's a problem.
Above the red line, said StackOverflow need other JS file.
