Workaround:
1: Open the Control Panel--------program and features---------turn window function on or off-------select Telnet client--------Click Done, then test the Telnet IP port
2: Notice whether firewall blocking, need to shut down the firewall connection or allow SQL remote pass;
3: View Click on the Configuration tool----SQL Configuration Manager----SQL Network Configuration---Determine whether IP starts---check the active status (pay special attention to IP1 and IP10) This section is whether the configuration can be connected remotely,

Click the properties of the database---Select Security------Server Authentication (select SQL authentication and window validation)--"Save
