Moves the portrait (landscape) scrollbar to the position of y (x) pixels relative to the current vertical (horizontal) scrollbar height, as opposed to the current scroll bar, as an example: Y positive values Move down and negative values move upward. likewise x.
4.window. ScrollBars
Returns or sets whether the specified control has a vertical scroll bar, a horizontal scroll bar, or an integer at the same time. Read/write.
0-Unrealistic scroll bar (default)
1-Show horizontal scroll bar
2-Show vertical scroll bar
3-Display both horizontal and vertical scroll bars
When the wordwrap (set text wrap) property is set to True , the multiline control does not display a horizontal scroll bar. Most multiline controls do not use a horizontal scroll bar.
