Tar error caused by consistency of time when installing DBSOFT nodes in RAC

Similar environments have been set up many times and never met. After google, some netizens say that node1 must be slower than node2, the problem is also explained in the steps of copying and tar. I believe that the time for modifying node1 is nearly 10 minutes slower than node2. then I will delete the failed node first, run again. /runInstaller, wipe, it passes, and finally changes the node1 time to be consistent with node2, in order to continue dbca database creation.
