Part 1--------Mans
First, introduce the man command.
Mans
Users can use this command to query online manuals and to display them in a formatted manner.
Command format
Man [-ACDFFHKKTWW] [--path] [-M system] [P-string] [-cconfig_file] [-M pathlist] [-P pager] [-s section_list] [section] n Ame...
Command description
Man, can help users format the relevant manuals. If the user specifies a section, then man will only show the part of the user's concern. Name refers to the names of the online manuals, usually an instruction (such as LS), a function (accept), or a file (as the user optionally specifies). If the name contains a slash (/), it is identified as a path.
Optional parameters
-cconfig_file
As the name suggests, this parameter is used to specify the configuration file that will be used, which by default is/etc/man.config.
-M path
The path, which specifies the lookup path for the query manual, separated by a colon between the paths. If the argument is empty, the-m parameter is not specified, and the default path lookup is returned.
-P Pager
Specifies the program that is used to display the page, using the default/usr/bin/less-irs
-ssection_list
Specifies the section and order of the search, separated by semicolons.
-A
By default, man quits after displaying the first online manual. However, after using the command, MAN will show all the matching online manuals, such as using the command man-a ls.
-B
Disable any reference to color in the Roff source. (no translation, interpretation ^ ^)
-C
Allows the user to reset the format of the page display.
-D
Do not show the actual contents of the manual, only to show the information in the search process.
-D
Does not show information in the search process.
-F
Equivalent to the Whatis command. Whatis an explanation of the order in a very short language.
-F
Only for formatting, but not for presentation. (Not very accurate, the original text is: Formatonly-do not display.)
-H
Help document.
-K
Equivalent to apropos command
-K
Search for a given string in all online manuals.
-W or--path does not display the user manual, but only its corresponding path
