Prerequisite: First make sure that Python is already installed on your computer, and then configure the Python environment variables. For example: The module I want to install is XLRD
1. Copy the package you want to install into the Python installation directory, such as my C:\Python27, or create a new folder (packages) in the installation directory to facilitate the storage of the imported modules. Note: My copy to C:\Python27\packages
2. Run CMD,CD to your installation directory, my C:\Python27\packages\xlrd-0.9.3, enter Python setup.py install, complete
3. Open Python in the idle (Python GUI), enter import xlrd, silently indicates that the installation was successful.
