I am dealing with an SQL server database problem, but the SQL server trial on the computer has expired. So I want to reinstall it.
However, after installing the server several times, the system prompts that the installation is unsuccessful at the end of the server deployment and allows me to check sqlstp. log.
After checking the file, the following message is displayed:
Driver = {SQL server}; server = ********; UID = sa; PWD =; database = master
[ODBC driver manager] No data source found

I tried many methods mentioned on the Internet to delete files and registries, but they were not installed.
Finally, it was found that the Registry odbc was deleted. As a result, the installation was successful.

Run the command in CMD and reinstall it.
