Ed Editor Directives

After activating the ED command, you enter the command line state of the Ed editor, and here are a few common instructions

A-Add new content at the end of the file

I-insert new content before the last line of the file

O-Replace the last line of the file input (either original or inserted) with new content

. -Exit Edit File mode to enter command line status

W (filename)-Save file

Q-Exit the ED editor
