Tomcat commands on Linux

1. Stop Tomcat

1. View Tomcat process: PS-eflgrep Java (Press ENTER)

2. Stop the Tomcat process: Kill-9 process ID (Press ENTER)

2. decompress the file in Linux

1. Go to the compressed file path test: CD/test (Press ENTER)

2. Delete the testpro folder in the file test: Rm-RF testpro (Press ENTER)

3. Decompress testpro.zip file under test: unizip testpro.zip (Press ENTER)

3. start Tomcat

1. Go to the bin directory in Tomcat: CD test/tomcat/bin (Press ENTER)

2. start Tomcat: Sh./startup. Sh (Press ENTER)

4. View Tomcat logs: tail-f ../logs/cataline. Out (Press ENTER)
