Turn the array of PHP into a string with single quotes

The last time you did the project, you encountered an array of query results. Because of the condition, you need to use
$where [' _string '] to combine queries. It then uses the string that turns the array into single quotes.
Example:
The array returned by the query is:

$projectcode _array = ["20130719","20130718","  20130717"];

Pass
