Ubuntu 16.04 LTS hotspot creation (Android mobile phone recognition)
In Ubuntu 16.04, you can directly create a hotspot, instead of using other auxiliary tools, such as the previous version.

The main reason is that you use the Broadcom Corporation NIC Driver.
Solution: system settings --> Software and updates --> additional driver --> select Broadcom Corporation... and select "do not use device" --> application change --> restart.
