1) The installation of Dropbox depends on python-gpgme, Ctrl + Alt + T to open the terminal

Sudo apt-get install python-gpgme

2) enter the following command to add the Dropbox software library key

Sudo apt-key adv -- keyserver pgp.mit.edu -- recv-keys 5044912E

3) enter the following command to add the Dropbox software library in Ubuntu 12.04.

Sudo add-apt-repository "deb http://linux.dropbox.com/ubuntu $ (lsb_release-SC) main"

4) update the system and install Dropbox

Sudo apt-get update & sudo apt-get install nautilus-dropbox

5) in the pop-up window, select Next

6) Select Start Dropbox and enter the user name and password to Start using it.
