UbuntuOne will log on to Windows

As a cloud storage service for Ubuntu, Ubuntu one is about to log on to Windows, according to foreign media reports. According to foreign media reports, as a cloud storage service of Ubuntu, Ubuntu One is about to log on to Windows. At the beginning of this year, Ubuntu One announced for the first time that it will support Windows clients. Currently, development has entered the public test stage.

With cloud storage technology, Ubuntu One allows users to synchronize and share files between different computers. Ubuntu One also supports Android mobile phone contacts, mobile phone storage music synchronization, and 7digital music stores.

Cristian Parrino of Canonical explained:

"For Ubuntu users, it is wonderful to extend to the Windows system. For example, many users choose to use Ubuntu at home and Windows at work. The extension of this platform will make the Ubuntu system more easily integrated into the digital world ."

Currently, the Windows client of Ubuntu One only has some limited functions. It supports basic file synchronization between Ubuntu and Windows.

In the coming months, Canonical also plans to add some new features:

* Automatic synchronization when files are modified;

* Account information, add devices, and more limited synchronization devices;

* Synchronize folders externally in Ubuntu One;

* Improved desktop synchronous notifications;

* Supports synchronization of contacts, records, and bookmarks;
