① First look at the FTP server side is shutting down the firewall, if not shut down the firewall, the client is not able to access the normal.

② If the firewall is turned off but still occurs, the anonymous access mode must not be turned on in the FTP master profile, modify the/etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf configuration file as shown in the settings:
