Unable to install the Python third-party Library using the PIP command __python

The PIP cannot be used in DOS, and commands are not found in the command. We first found the location of the command, usually inside the scripts folder in Python. We can switch dos to the corresponding folder, and then use the PIP command.
This is also true if you are installing the Python third-party Library using the PIP command.
This is when I install the requests library

We found that the PIP command was not available, and then we looked at the scripts file under the Python folder, as follows

I found that I have Pip and easy_install in it, which means I can use the PIP command so we're going to use the PIP command in this folder.
We'll open the cmd again, we use the CD command to open this folder.

Then we can use the PIP then, as shown in the following figure, is successful, you can also be happy to install your Python third party library

If you're in trouble, we can just put this path directly into our paths so that we don't have to switch to this folder to use the PIP command.

Open the path on the system variable, as follows

Click New, and paste the path of the scripts folder into the line.
