1. Completely delete SQL Server 2012:

2. Relevant information deleted from the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ MSSQLServer.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ MSDTC.
Find the PendingFileRenameOperations item in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Session Manager and delete it. This will clear the installation pending items

4.Check which sqlserver services are left in the service list, and then delete all sqlserver related services in the following places.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services
Delete the SQL SERVER installation path, such as: C drive-Microsoft SQL Server folder under Program File
Restart the computer
