Use carbide. c ++ to build the s60 Development Environment
All development tools, sdks, and evenProgram, Must be installed on the same disk, otherwise it may encounter very strange problems.
We recommend that you select a non-system disk, such as a drive D, and do not use spaces in the installation path.
Perl:
Only Perl 5.6.1.635 can be installed, neither high nor low (ActivePerl-5.6.1.638-MSWin32-x86.msi ).
