Method/step

Step 1: Open PS. The width (W) 350x height (H) is 200 pixels, the resolution is 72, and the name is "plush ball ".

Fill the background in gray (select your preferred color), create a new layer and draw a circle and fill it in white.

Select "" for "filter" to add a, and adjust the value to about 20%.

"Filter" and then select "Gaussian blur". the radius value is about 1.5 pixels.

Then select "blur" in "filter". This time, we select "radial blur" to 30, "Zoom" for the fuzzy method, "good" for the quality, and then confirm.

Use the smear tool. The value is 2 pixels. Intensity setting 80% is applied on the edge of the ball image. So as to produce the effect of hair. This step is a key step that requires patience. it is actually very simple.

Create two new layers to add shadows and highlights. select "layer style" of the shadow layer and "stacked front", and then draw a translucent black. Select "overlay" for "layer style" of the highlight layer to draw translucent white.
