Verify the correctness of login using stored procedures in SQL Server

1. Create a table "person" in SQL Server. The field is username and password.
2. Write a stored procedure to test the correctness during login.
3. Execute the stored procedure and test the statement correctness.

Person table content:
Username Password

Kate c001
Tom c002

Stored Procedure:

Create procedure login (

@ Pass char (10)
)
Declare @ LOGNAME char (10)
Select @ LOGNAME = username from person where [Password] = @ pass
If @ LOGNAME is null
Print 'can not found'
Else
Print 'login successful'
Go

Execute the stored procedure:

Exec login @ pass = 'c001'
Execution result:

login successful
