This unit is designed with shell-and-tube heat exchanger. From outside the 92 ℃ cold logistics (boiling point: 198.25 ℃) from the pump p101a/b to the heat exchanger E101 shell process by the flow through the tube of the thermal logistics heating to 145 ℃, and 20% is vaporized. Cold logistics flow is controlled by flow controller FIC101, normal flow is 12000kg/h. 225 ℃ Thermal Logistics from another device is pumped p102a/b to the heat exchanger E101 and the cold flow through the shell through the heat transfer, the thermal logistics outlet temperature is controlled by the TIC101 (177 ℃). In order to ensure the flow stability of the thermal logistics, the TIC101 adopts the split-path control, tv101a and tv101b respectively adjust the flow through the E101 and the Vice-line, TIC101 output 0%~100% corresponding tv101a opening 0%~100%,tv101b opening degree 100~0% respectively.
