Websphere7 Linux command line installation (silent installation) __linux

1 log root user, unzip the installation package was.cd.70011.trial.base.opt.linux.ia32.tar.gz

2, edit the configuration file responsefile.nd.txt.

-opt installtype= "Installnew"-New Installation
-opt feature= "Nofeature"--Do not install sample
-opt installlocation= "/opt/ibm/websphere/appserver"--Default installation path
-opt profiletype= "None"--No summary generated
-opt prof_enableadminsecurity= "False"--set administrator security, and if true, enter a username and password on the following two entries. such as: User name is admin, password is 123456
-opt prof_adminusername= "Admin"
-opt prof_adminpassword= "123456"
Save the file

3 Perform a command-line installation (silent installation):
Execute as root account, execute command in installer directory
#./install-options "Responsefile.nd.txt" –silent
Wait for a while until the command execution is complete. To see if the installation was successful
# ls–alf/opt If there is an. IBM and IBM folders in the OPT path, the installation is complete.

4 View the installation log. Log files are located in
/opt/ibm/websphere/appserver/logs/install/log.txt, it's interesting to see for yourself.
If the installation fails, check the log, I installed the disk space is limited, and then resolved.

5 command line set up APPSRV01 server, enter/opt/ibm/websphere/appserver/bin directory, run

./manageprofiles.sh-create-templatepath/opt/ibm/websphere/appserver/profiletemplates/default-profilename AppSrv01

6 boot AppSrv01 executed in/opt/ibm/websphere/appserver/profiles/appsrv01/bin directory
./startserver.sh Server1

7 After the boot completes, enters the http://ip:9060/ibm/console in the other machine, if can punch the interface, explained installs successfully
