Connect to Oracle with Java, run a period of time, the Program reported an error, connection failed, ora-28000 the account is locked, this reason occurs, because the user is locked, generally this situation, there are several reasons:
1. The reason is that the number of database connections by the program exceeds the configured number of connections;
2. the user has been connected to the database with an incorrect key code during the online process. As a result, the Oracle database considers that someone is cracking the password and will lock the user more than a certain number of connections.
Solution:
1. log on to Oracle as a super administrator, and then execute the unlock statement: alter user username account unlock; (Note: username is the Locked user Name)
2. Increase the number of connections in the connection pool.
3. log on to Oracle with another user name --> select myjob --> View users --> Find the locked user name, right-click "edit" --> remove "account locked" --> click "application" and then click "close" --> log on again --> OK.
