When I installed SQL Server 2000 on a win2003 machine, a window popped up asking me to enter the serial number...
The SQL statement has already integrated the serial number.
The default value is
M4FMF-7FBWJ-QW39C-4HDXR-MWHMD
When you click "OK", the system prompts that the serial number is incorrect. If you find some serial numbers on the Internet, they are also incorrect.
My system is Windows 2003 Server with SP2. It was previously installed in XP and 2000 systems. No problem. Will it be caused by system differences?
Microsoft also released the relevant KB. The solution is as follows:
Open the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControlSession Manager in the registry, and change the key value of the DWORD SafeDLLSearchMode to 0.
If not, create a key value of the DWORD type and create a new installation.
