I did not understand why Java could not overload based on the return value, but only on the parameters of the method. For example, void F () {} and int f () {}, although they have the same name, are easy to distinguish. If I do this, it's definitely fine:

int A=int f () {};

Because the compiler can clearly determine the meaning at this time according to context context. However, we may also call a method while ignoring the return value. We usually refer to this as "calling a method for its side effects" because we don't care about his return value, but just the effect of the method invocation. So, if we call Method F () Like this, how does the compiler determine how this method is called? So, you get it. Cannot overload method based on return value
