Why does CentOS bring the vim with automatic completion, and the Mac comes with no

Title, I was looking at some of the CentOS help, found its own vim default with auto complement function, is ctrl+x, and then ctrl+o out of things.
However, the Mac comes with Vim, I modified some of the VIM under the Mac configuration, such as open code highlighting, but this auto-completion does not know how to do, I also went to CentOS/ETC/VIMRC and/usr/share/vim down to see, Also did not understand this vim under the folder of things what meaning, in theory if the code is complete plug-ins, then I can see in the/ETC/VIMRC load, but no.
If it is not a plugin, then why does the Mac comes with vim?
