VirtualBox this relatively strong, on the Win7 run redhat5u4 very smooth. Sharing files between the OS is a matter of great concern to everyone, which is directly related to the cool and uncomfortable use of virtual machines.
It is also easy to share files between Win7 and the virtual machine Linux on it, see the following steps:
1. Set Virtualbox->device->share folders, and specify a Windows folder as share, and set the Forlder name to share (or other name you like)
2, in the operation of Linux: first get root permissions (if you have already obtained please ignore, you can directly enter the next command to try), and then to the/MNT directory to create a new folder, such as Share_windows:mkdir/mnt/share_windows;
Then execute the mount-t vboxsf share/mnt/share_windows, where you can share the specified folder under Windows in Linux.
Note: the "share" in Mount-t vboxsf share/mnt/share_windows is a shared directory on Windows, and/mnt/share_windows is a directory on Linux, both of which are created by themselves in the above description.
