Computers are becoming more and more common, but hackers who attack computers are also rampant. In most cases, hackers must upload Trojans or backdoor programs to remote systems to intrude into remote systems. To prevent such attacks, you must think of one thing: how can we cut off the hacker's path? Many users have chosen a high-security Windows 7 system considering the security of their computers. Today, I want to share with you that the Windows 7 system uses the disk quota to reject hackers. The procedure is as follows:
1. Open "computer", find the NTFS partition in the system, click "properties", and operate in the following order: Open the "partition property settings window ", select the "quota" option and click "display quota Settings", as shown in:
Disk Quota
2. Select "enable quota management" and "Deny disk space to users who have exceeded the quota". All the quota options are available. Then select the "disk space limit" option. In this case, we can specify the size of the disk space used by users in the system, such as kb. in this way, if you pass in a file larger than kb in the partition, the file will be rejected by the system and cannot be smoothly transmitted to the partition.
Set the quota. 3. If you are careful, you will find that the "Warning Level" option is placed under the "disk space limit" option. After setting this option, when the user exceeds the warning level during disk space usage, the system will prompt the user that the file has exceeded the warning level in the disk quota.
4. Finally, you can select the "record events when the user exceeds the quota" and "record events when the user exceeds the warning level" options, in this way, if other users in the system exceed the partition warning level and quota limit, the system will automatically record these events to the system log to better monitor the system partition.
5. After setting these configuration options, click "OK" in the window. The basic settings are complete, and you will find that the available space is much less.
6. At this time, you cannot write files larger than the quota to this partition. Includes users in the Administrators group. Of course, there can also be exceptions. You can use the following functions for different users:
First, click the "quota items" button in the quota Configuration window, and then click the "quota" option in the upper-left corner of the window, such:
