3. NumPy
This module is required for the Python version of NUMPY-1.6.1-WIN32-SUPERPACK-PYTHON2.6.EXE,OPENCV. Note: Download and Python version of the same numpy, if the previous installation is Python2.7, here should also download the corresponding version of Python2.7 Numpy-1.6.1-win32-superpack-python2.7.exe.

Two. File configuration
1. Install the executable file in the order above.
2. OpenCV folder, build->python->2.6 Copy all files under 2.6 to ... \python\lib\site-packages.
3. Testing
